G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Adukonis requested documents relating to a "complaint/charge of discrimination originally filed at the MCAD in 2013." Having not yet received a response, Ms. Adukonis petitioned this office. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Commission plans to provide Ms. Adukonis a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Commission provide said response to Ms. Adukonis, provided in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
