Compliance Director & Staff Counsel Boston City Council, 5th Floor Boston City Hall Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney O'Donnell: I have received the petition of Don Saklad appealing the nonresponse of the Boston City Council (Council) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested the stenographic record in plain English text. Having received no response, Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 30, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Council's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Saklad may appeal the substantive nature of the Council's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
