Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 12, 2017 SPR17/420 James Kreidler Town of Townsend-Town Administrator 272 Main Street Townsend, MA Dear Mr. Kreidler: I have received the petition of Joe Shank appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Townsend Town Administrator (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Shank requested records pertaining to "all administrative leave that the town has paid out. .. from July 1, 2016 to present." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town will be providing a response. With the proviso that the Town will provide a response without delay, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Shank may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, ~~- Rebecca S.
