The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 4, 2017 SPR17/430 Stephen Vogel Assistant Attorney General Office of the Attorney General Health Care Division One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Vogel: I have received the petition of Paul Redlund appealing the nomesponse of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Redlund requested the signed final settlement between the AGO and a specifically identified drug company. Having received no response, Mr. Redlund petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 3, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the AGO' s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Redlund may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~- Rebecca S.
