Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 7, 2017 SPR17/464 Superintendent Brooke Clenchy Nashoba Regional School District 50 Mechanic Street Bolton, MA 01740 Dear Superintendent Clenchy: I have received the petition of Laura Roberts appealing the response of the Nashoba Regional School District (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Roberts requested "any and all documentation which will provide insight into the cost calculations used by the Nashoba Regional School District in determining the tuition for 2017-2018 Pre-School." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the School provided a response on April 7, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Roberts may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
