G. L. c. 66 § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Taylor requested daily reports of a specifically identified company. Having received no response, Mr. Taylor petitioned this office. This office was notified, via email, that a response was provided, dated April 7, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
