Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 12, 2017 SPR17/486 Ms. Jacqueline Horigan Resident Access Officer Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation 10 Park Plaza #5170 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Ms. Horigan: I have received the petition of Harris Contos appealing the nomesponse of the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Contos requested information regarding unsolicited telemarketer calls. Having received no response, Mr. Contos petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 12, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Contos may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
