G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Greely requested a copy of all emails in a specifically identified email chain. Claiming to have received no response, Ms. Greely petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, it was discovered that the Town claims to have never received Ms. Greely's initial inquiry. Nonetheless, a representative from the Town provided Ms. Greely with a response to her request dated April 11, 2017 in which the Town provided the requested records.
