Assistant 39 South Street Hinsdale, MA 01235 Dear Ms. Warden: I have received the petition of David Kokindo appealing the response of the Town of Hinsdale Select Board (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Kokindo requested records pertaining to the Town Administrator's phone records and the emails of a named individual. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town provided a response on April 18, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kokindo may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
