Wassermann Office of the District Attorney - Hampden District Hall of Justice 50 State Street Springfield, MA O1 102 Dear Ms. Wassermann: I have received the petition of John Anderson appealing the response of the Office of the District Attorney-Hampden District (DAO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Anderson requested correspondence related to communication between himself and a specifically identified individual. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 19, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the DAO's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
