G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Logan requested guidelines and regulations that related to the practices of the Department "relevant to the dates of February 23-25, 2004." Having received no response, Mr. Logan petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 11, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Logan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
