Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 28, 2017 SPR17/523 Katherine Warden Administrative Assistant - Board of Selectmen Town of Hinsdale 3 9 South Street Hinsdale, MA 01235 Dear Ms. Warden: I have received the petition of David Kokindo appealing the April 18, 2017 response of the Town of Hinsdale Board of Selectmen (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Kokindo requested two categories ofrecords: 1) a copy of the Town Administrator's phone records and 2) a copy of all email messages sent to a named individual by employees of the Town from January 24 through April 1, 2017 while she was away. The Town agreed to provide the first category ofrecords without delay. On April 19t\ Mr. Kokindo petitioned this office for the denial of access to the second category of requested records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town provided a further response on April 27, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kokindo may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. ~ e l ~ Rebecca S.
