Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 26, 2017 SPRl 7/545 Ms. Marie Ryan Town Clerk Town of Great Barrington 334 Main Street Great Barrington, MA 01230 Dear Ms. Ryan: I have received the petition of Daniel Bell appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Great Barrington- Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bell requested documents relating to building permit requests regarding specifically identified properties. Having received no response, Mr. Bell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 26, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
