The requirements for an appeal are follows: Such appeal shall be in writing, and shall include all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the RAO, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). In your letter of appeal to this office, you indicate that the response provided by the Town was not responsive to your particular request. No such copy of the Town's response was provided. Given that a copy of the Town's response was not included, we are unable to assist you in this appeal at this time. Please feel free to re-submit your appeal when you have retrieved copies of all the required documents.
