Murray Supervisor of Records May 2, 2017 SPR17/571 Frank Reen Chief Assessor Town of Chelmsford 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA 01824 Dear Mr. Reen: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the response of the Town of Chelmsford- Office of the Assessor (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested records pertaining to his property. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town provided a response on May 1, 20 17 . I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
