G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Norris requested several categories ofrecords guidelines/ procedures, funding, and copies of any lawsuits filed against the Board. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Norris petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Board responded to Mr. Norris' request with a response sent on April 27, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Board's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Norris may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
