Mansfield Andover Fire Department 32 North Main Street Andover, MA 01810 Dear Chief Mansfield: I have received the petition of Lawrence Bruce appealing the nonresponse of the Andover Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Bruce requested copies of audio recordings for a specific date and time range. Having received no response, Mr. Bruce petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified that the requested records were mailed to Mr. Bruce on April 27, 2017. Further, Mr. Bruce later notified this office that he had received the requested records and was satisfied with the response to his request. Accordingly, whereas this matter was opened based on the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
