Murray Supervisor of Records May 3, 2017 SPR17/592 Christine Tuoma-Conway City Clerk City of Methuen Searles Building, Room 112 Methuen, MA 01844 Dear Ms. Tuoma-Conway: I have received the petition of Gerald McCall appéaling the nonresponse of the City of Methuen City Clerk (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. McCall requested to review a series of specifically identified records pertaining to the City. Having received no response, Mr. McCall petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 1, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City’s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. McCall may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
