Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 2, 2017 SPR17/595 Karen Hurley Channs Collaborative 445 Central Street Stoughton, MA 02072 Dear Ms. Hurley: I have received the petition of Roxanne L. Donovan appealing the nomesponse of CHARMS Collaborative (Collaborative) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Donovan requested a copy of payroll records for a specifically identified individual for a specified time period. This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR 17 /3 99 Determination of the Supervisor ofRecords (April12, 2017). SPR 17/399 was closed with the Collaborative ordered to provide Ms. Donovan with a supplemental response to her request within ten (1 0) business days. In a May 1, 201 7 email Ms. Donovan notified this office that she had yet to receive this response, and this appeal (SPR 17 /595) was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 2, 201 7. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
