Williams, Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Office of the District Attorney - Middlesex District (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Williams requested records pertaining to an identified case file. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Office provided a response on May 9, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr.Williams may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
