Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 10, 2017 SPR17/608 Alexandra Zaltman Associate General Counsel Massachusetts Clean Energy Center 63 Franklin St., 3rd Floor Boston, MA 02110 Dear Attorney Zaltman: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (Center) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested records regarding diversity data for the Center's workforce. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 9, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Center's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Center's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
