G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Trottier requested records relating to a building at a specifically identified address. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Trottier petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Trottier's request via email on April 21, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Trottier may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
