G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested a hard copy of an RFP that he had previously been provided in electronic format. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. This office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 12, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
