G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the Tomasellis requested records pertaining to sewer infrastructure. Claiming to not yet have received a response, the Tomasellis petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to the Tomaselli's request with a response sent via E-mail on May 12, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
