Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Law Department, Room 77 60 10 Park Plaza Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Ciollo: I have received the petition of Ashley Allen appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Allen requested records pertaining to an identified incident occurring on February 18, 2014. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Authority will provide a response. With the proviso that the Authority will provide Ms. Allen with a response without delay, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Allen may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
