G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Allen requested records pertaining to an identified incident occurring on February 18, 2014. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Authority will provide a response. With the proviso that the Authority will provide Ms. Allen with a response without delay, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
