Gordon Department of Correction - Legal Division 70 Franklin Street Boston, MA 02110-1327 Dear Mr. Gordon: I have received the petition of Thomas Flannery appealing the response of the Department of Correction - Legal Division (DOC) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Flannery requested names and addresses of all members of various committees and executives relating to the DOC as well as other specifically identified records. Having received no response, Mr. Flannery petitioned this office and an appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 25, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Flannery may appeal the substantive nature of the DOC's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ · Rebecca S.
