G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Thoms requested six categories ofrecords concerning an identified street in the City as well as various documents concerning a court case. Objecting to the City's initial response dated May 10, 2017, Mr. Thoms petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the City responded to Mr. Thoms' request with a response sent on May 16, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was an objection to City's May 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed in light the provision of the supplemental response.
