Murray Supervisor of Records May 23, 2017 SPR17/684 Christine Finocchiaro Saugus Police Department 27 Hamilton Street Saugus, MA O1 906 Dear Ms. Finocchiaro: I have received the petition of Arthur Grenier appealing the response of the Saugus Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested identified police records. Mr. Grenier did receive copies of crash reports; however, he did not request them. Mr. Grenier appealed to this office to receive the requested records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 22, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Grenier may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
