G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Relihan requested records of correspondence between members of Town Council and the Town Manager's Office during an identified timespan, as well as documents pertaining to any investigation regarding "confirmed illegal apartments or dwellings." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Relihan petitioned this office and two appeals were opened as a result. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town intends to provide Mr. Relihan with a response for both of these inquiries no later than June 1, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that said response is provided within ten business days. Mr. Relihan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See C.M.R. 32.08(2).
