The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 25, 2017 SPR17/692 Ms. Lindsay Corcoran Office of the District Attorney Worcester District 225 Main Street G-301 Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Ms. Corcoran: I have received the petition of Christi Berry appealing the response of the Office of the District Attorney - Worcester District (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Berry requested, "[t]he release of any and all documentation which should include: photos, videos, forensic reports from all submitted evidence and results of findings pertaining to the investigation in the death of [a n identified individual]." Objecting to the Office's initial response, Ms. Berry petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Office responded to Ms. Berry's request with a response sent on May 25, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was an objection to the Office's initial response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed in light of the provision of the supplemental response. Ms. Berry may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's May 25th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
