The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records May 30, 2017 SPR17/695 Gina Hudson Public Record Officer Executive Office of Elder Affairs One Ashburton Place, Room 517 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Hudson: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nomesponse of the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested a copy of the Office's 2016 Assisted Living Resident Aggregate Information Annual Report. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 23, 2017, which informed Mr. Herman that the requested report will be completed by July 1, 2017 and will include data from calendar year 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 ,C.M;.R. ;32.0;8(1)y. , ~ Rebecca S.
