G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested a copy of the Office's 2016 Assisted Living Resident Aggregate Information Annual Report. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 23, 2017, which informed Mr. Herman that the requested report will be completed by July 1, 2017 and will include data from calendar year 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
