Markham Director of Classification MCI - Cedar Junction PO Box 100 South Walpole, MA 02071 Dear Ms. Markham: I have received the petition of William Murray appealing the response of the Department of Correction-MCI Cedar Junction at Walpole (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Murray requested records pertaining to "EPRS Evaluations." With the proviso that the Department will provide, without delay, a revised response to Mr. Murray, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Murray may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Jennifer J.
