G. L. c. 66 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wagner requested "Casey Arborway contractor Barletta Reports, Contract #8 1678, schedule updates for March, April, and May, and TEA March through May." Claiming to not have received a response, Mr. MJagner petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from MassDOT intends to provide Mr. Wagner with a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that h/lassDOT provide said response within ten business days.
