The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 7, 2017 SPR17/724 Katherine Warden Administrative Assistant - Board of Selectmen Town of Hinsdale 39 South Street Hinsdale, MA 0123 5 Dear Ms. Warden: I have received the petition of David Kokindo appealing the response of the Town of Hinsdale Board of Selectmen (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Kokindo requested records pertaining to phone bills from the Town Administrator, emails in a format that he can access, and a revised fee estimate. Initially, in a May 23, 2017 response you had provided some records to Mr. Kokindo. Believing that the Town is in possession of additional responsive records that were not provided, Mr. Kokindo petitioned this office for further action. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town will be providing a revised response. With the proviso that the Town will provide, without delay, a more substantial response to Mr. Kokindo, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kokindo may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
