General Counsel Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza Suite 3510 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Daniel Bell appealing the nomesponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bell states that an "Airport Compliance report" was not included in the previous response generated by MassDOT responding to a previous request for records (SPRl 7/601 ). Claiming to not have received an appropriate response, Mr. Bell petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from MassDOT intends to provide Mr. Bell with a response addressing his cocnem. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that MassDOT provide said response within ten business days.
