Wong Records Access Officer City ofBoston Fire Department 115 Southampton Street Boston, MA 02118 DearMs. Wong: I have received the petition of Chris Pateski appealing the nomesponse of the City of Boston- Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Pateski has requested "all Computer Aided Dispatch Transcripts (CADs), all EMS calls, all Calls For Service Reports, all incident reports, all fire reports, all audio tape/digital files for 911 calls, all other documents and all log book entries pertaining to 1055 Commonwealth Ave. from Jan. 1, 2017 to the present." Having received no response, Mr. Pateski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department responds to Mr. Pateski's request. Mr. Pateski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
