Patel appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, R. Patel has requested "all Computer Aided Dispatch Transcripts (CADs), all EMS calls, all Calls For Service Reports, all incident reports, all fire reports, all audio tape/digital files for 911 calls, all other documents and all log book entries pertaining to 105 5 Commonwealth Ave. from Jan. 1, 2016 to Aug. 31, 2016." Having received no response, R. Patel petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division Staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department responds to R.
