OP., Local 151 appealing the nonresponse of the Clinton Town Administrator (Town) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Silvester requested "patrol officers and police sergeants current wage schedules." Having received no response, Mr. Silvester petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends to provide Mr. Silvester with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide said response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Silvester may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
