G. L. c. 66 § I OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Eliot requested a copy of a forensic report stated to have been referenced at an identified meeting. Having received no response, Ms. Eliot petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided a response on June 12, 2017. It is unclear in your response whether Ms. Eliot was provided a copy as well; if not, please do so. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Eliot may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
