The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 8, 2017 SPR17/743 Alice Pizzi, Esq. Soldiers' Home in Holyoke 110 Cherry Street Holyoke, MA O1 040 Dear Attorney Pizzi: I have received the petition of Matthew Szafranski appealing the nonresponse of the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke (Home) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Szafranski requested identified labor and individual employment contracts. Having received no response, Mr. Szafranski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 7, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Home's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Szafranski may appeal the substantive nature of the Home's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
