G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested a copy of the documents associated with a an Town Meeting. Mr. Morgan noted that the documents did not need to be provided to him if they were posted online, presumably on the Town's website. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the requested records were posted on the Town's website on April 4, 2017.
