Director of Public Records City of Boston 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 615 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Chris Pateski appealing the response of the Boston Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Pateski requested all computer aided dispatch transcripts, EMS calls, calls for service reports, incident reports, fire reports, audio tape/digital files for 911 calls, documents and log book entries pertaining to a specifically identified address from January 1, 2017 to present and from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. The Department responded to Mr. Pateski's request and provided "all responsive records" with their response. Mr. Pateski appealed to this office stating he had not reoeived any documents for the year 2015 as requested. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a supplemental response will be provided. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a supplemental response be provided.
