G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Giberti requested"[ c ]opies of certified letters the Town of Bridgewater sent to the new owners of a Solar project off of Fireworks Circle in Bridgewater." Having received no substantial response, Mr. Giberti petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 8, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
