G. L. c. 66 § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Saulmon requested "all investigative materials" and "any written correspondence" associated with the homicide of an identified individual. Having not yet received a response, Mr. Saulmon petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that the Department intends to provide a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response to Mr. Saulmon within ten business days. Mr. Saulmon may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
