G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested specifically identified records of the City's Mayor. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response will be provided no later than June 26, 2017 and hard copies will be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
