The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 22,2017 SPRl71806 Ms. Jennifer J. Markham Records Access Officer Massachusetts Department of Correction 2405 Main Street P.O. Box 100 South Walpole, MA 02071 Dear Ms. Markham: I have received the petition of William Murray appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (DOC) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 9 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Murray requested a series of incident reports drafted by a list of identified individuals. Having received no response, Mr. Murray petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the DOC'S failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the DOC provides Mr. Murray a response without delay. Mr. Murray may appeal the substantive nature of the DOC'S response within ninety (90) days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
