G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Keaney requested an incident report regarding an identified individual. Having received no response, Mr. Keaney petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provides Mr. Keaney a response without delay.
