Rousseau appealing the nonresponse of the Bristol County Sheriffs Office (BCSO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 $ 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rousseau requested, "The annual cost expended by your department in regards to new vehicle pruchases.. ." as well as "The number of cells housing 2 or more people that are listed annually on the inspection reports filed with your office.. ." Having received no response, Mr. Rousseau petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 20,201 7. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rousseau may appeal the substantive nature of the BSCO's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
