Zerola appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Zerola requested records pertaining to an incident report dated May 23, 2017 involving an identified individual. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Department did not receive this request for public records. This office has since provided the Department with a copy of the request. With the proviso that Department will provide a response without delay, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
