G. L. c. 66 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the Association requested "[all1 public hearing minutes of the Clinton Planning Board, the Clinton Zoning Board of Appeals, The Board of Selectmen, and the Clinton Board of Health" as well as "[p]rofessionally transcribed tape recordings" and "side meetings of Planning Board members." Having received no response, Mary Richards petitioned this office on behalf of the Association and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing the Association with a response to their request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide the Association with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@,sec.state.ma.us. The Association may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days.
